Meredith Kidd brings over 20 years of experience in high school coaching and athlete development, with a career marked by multiple state, league, and regional championships. Known for her technical eye, professionalism, and athlete-centered approach, Meredith has worked with programs across the country to elevate performance and prepare athletes for success at the next level. Meredith is a high school and collegiate cheerleading judge and a Varsity Brand nominee for Best All-Around Judge for the 2024–2025 season.

Meredith’s background in higher education and college admissions uniquely positions her to support athletes pursuing collegiate opportunities. Through decades of coaching and national event work, she has cultivated an extensive network of college programs and has guided countless athletes through the college tryout, recruiting, and decision-making process. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from the University of Kansas. Her work as a college admissions counselor and college advisor with the Denver Scholarship Foundation solidified her commitment to expanding access to higher education and empowering students to pursue meaningful postsecondary pathways.

As the founder of Kidd Collegiate Consulting, Meredith integrates athletic recruiting with academic and scholarship planning, helping student-athletes identify programs that align with their goals—both on and off the mat. Her holistic approach ensures athletes are prepared not only to compete, but to thrive in college and beyond.
